Campus growth

The Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Technical Education Center started with 2 buildings in 1964 and expanded  to 2 campuses once it unified with golfer faculty in 1973. a 3rd field was engineered close to Moncks Corner in 1982 to higher meet the wants of scholars living in Berkeley County. In 1986, the golfer field was enraptured to its current location in downtown Charleston that has been expanded  through a series of renovation beginning in 1986. In 1993 and 1994 the school purchased 147 acres (59 ha) adjacent to its Main field in North Charleston and in 1997 opened the primary part of the advanced for Economic Development. The advanced for Economic Development was completed throughout 2005 and 2006 with the cooking Institute of Charleston and also the data Technology Center gap in 2005 and also the Learning Center, lance physical science coaching Center, the Nursing area and also the Industrial Maintenance Technology Center gap in 2006.
